James Whitmore
Managing Partner & Co-Founder
James has over 25 years of experience in European private equity and real estate investment, having previously held senior roles at leading alternative asset managers in London and Paris. He leads CIM's investment committee and oversees strategic direction across all mandates. James holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a CFA charterholder.
Isabelle Renard
Partner, Head of Investments — Continental Europe
Isabelle is based in the Paris office and leads CIM's deal origination and execution across France, Italy, and Southern Europe. She brings 18 years of experience in cross-border real estate transactions and structured capital solutions. Prior to joining CIM, she worked at a major European real estate private equity fund in Paris.
Marco Bellini
Partner, Head of Asset Management
Marco oversees CIM's in-house asset management platform, with direct responsibility for portfolio performance across hospitality, logistics, and office assets. He has a strong operational background, having managed large-scale real estate portfolios in Italy and across the Mediterranean. Marco is based in the Rome office.
Catherine Holt
Head of Investor Relations
Catherine manages all aspects of CIM's relationships with its investor base, including reporting, fundraising, and strategic communications. She brings 14 years of experience in investor relations within the alternative asset management industry, previously working for pan-European real estate funds in London. Catherine ensures that investors receive timely, transparent, and comprehensive information.
Stefan Gruber
Head of Structuring & Legal
Stefan leads CIM's transaction structuring and legal function, bringing deep expertise in cross-border real estate finance, fund structuring, and regulatory compliance across European jurisdictions. He has advised on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions throughout his 20-year career. Stefan holds law degrees from the University of Vienna and Sciences Po Paris.
